Text Message Wish!
I took the day off today and went on a big hike/climb. Above the “Healing Tree” there are several high red rock plateaus. Its way up! I’ve made it half-way and promised myself that one day I would make it to the top.
Today was the day! I made it! The view was breathtaking. I could see so far! I was probably at 5000 feet. For one moment, I sensed in some small way what that joyful feeling must be like to make it to the top of Mt. Everest. I ran around on the summit, shouting, “I made it, I made it!” I thanked all my guides and the Grandfathers and Grandmothers and many others who help me with my mission here in the Magic Kingdom. Then I thought of all my clients and how I would love to share this moment with them. I wished I had all your numbers on a big speed dial and I could you text message with these words:
“The further up you go, the further you can see! Don’t forget! Wait for the elevator to go up to a better mood—it will sooner or later. I promise!”

Report on Dr. Masaru Emoto’s Workshop
I am still processing the day with Dr. Emoto, author of Hidden Messages of Water. Most workshops like these consist of the author speaking about his books and integrating antedotes here and there. Dr. Emoto used a translator. So, as result I felt like something was missing. I wanted to hear his passion and feeling via his words. That can make an impact when you hear authors speak about their work.
But there were few things that he said that made the hair on the back of my head standd up! But I want to give those insights a little more time to incubate.
Only about 30 people attended which shocked me. But I was glad to hear that a thousand people went to the Phoenix workshop. I got a chance to spend about 10 minutes with him at the end and told him what I was up to with his work. He was very pleased and said I was right on!
For me, I feel what was most important was one moment. I told the translator how his work had inspired me and how I had integrated into my own work and that I had been using with many clients. She translated and then as I felt my eyes well up with emotion I reached out my hand to him and bowed my head and said, “Arigato” (thank you)”.
I think it’s important to honor your teachers. A Ho, Dr. Emoto.
PS. His new book is entitled, The Secret Life of Water. I am only a few chapters in but I am liking it!

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
This is an incredible book that has been around for a long time. Why didn’t anyone tell me about it! I was inspired by the journey of Santiago and his pursuit to find his personal legend. The story truly embodies letting go and seeing where life takes you. I can’t wait till I can read it again! Very high recommendation for those wanting to find their life mission.

Many of you know I am approaching my 25th Sobriety Anniversary (Yea!!!) I thought I would put a few links here for AA and NA. hese are awesome organizations as we all know. Why do they work? For me, it’s about knowing you’re not alone, connecting to another human being who feels and thinks the same things you do. That’s the magic!
