Couples Workshops are about continuing education--the smartest action any couple can take to sustain the beautiful feelings that brought them together.

These 8 insights are guide to sustain a rich and loving relationship:

1. How to take one hundred percent responsibility for how you experience your partner and the major positive shift this can create in your relationship.

2. When in a LOW MOOD never engage each another. Do not trust your un-healthy thinking and your feelings in this low mood. This mood can range from subtle ickiness to rage.

3. Always wait for the "HEART TO HEART" place between you and your partner to return before you talk about what ever the problem or conflict is. When you are in that connected place you naturally communicate with love and caring.

5. If you can see in a deep way that your partner's thinking is different than yours and accept it, you will cut down on most problems. Your partner will always be in a different reality than you because you both have different histories.

7. When your mood changes you how you see something will always change.
